This was the worst sandwich I?ve had since that I was a kid getting free lunches in school. It's a very cozy place! Also Unlimited. French. Toast. No joke. Only catch: it's tasty. They have a lot of wonderful things... here, but the French Toast is a great deal! It's a THIC slice of toast, and quite tasty. They also have a syrup (buttermilk??)And whipped topping and strawberries. If you do get a refill (is that what you even call it?) I used to absolutely love Kneaders.. we?ve been going for close to 15 years when the location in Yuma, AZ opened (that?s where I... lived at the time) so we always would go when we got the chance here because their food seemed to be consistent. I still lovetheir food? however I can?t justify their prices anymore. It?s always been a little on the pricey side, but a Turkey BaconAvocado sandwich with chips & a drink is around $17 after tax? it?s over $20 if you get a pastry & a drink? that?s just toomuch?. for just my husband & I it comes out to just under $50 for 2 sandwiches, 2 fountain sodas, & 2 fruit tarts.. Worst meal, food was absolutely disgusting. I didn?t know that Kneaders company policy was to let the neighborhood dog chew up... the food before putting it in boxes for its customers. Not only was the soup old, cold and tasting rotten the sandwich was madeSO poorly and the bread was so dry it literally ruined the meal. I have also never had curdle pie, but that was quite theadventure. I think this is my worst food experience ever. It was beyond disgusting and I paid an arm and a leg. I would NEVERrecommend this location. I threw all of the food away and just made something at home after spending so much money. Such afreaking joke that restaurants like this think it?s ok to provide such repulsive food to paying customers. Maybe have a littlecare for the people keeping you in business and make decent food. Kneaders as a chain is really good. This location has that same food, but is significantly more absent-minded about it. I rarely... leave this location without some mistake being made. I don't blame the employees, they are just local college students trying toearn an honest wage. If you want kneaders, it's probably worth the drive to a better maintained location. Read more
