This is a solid pho restaurant in Provo!! I came on a Sunday and it was even busy then. I had a fried noodle dish and it was... delicious. Good sauce with a solid flavor, fresh vegetables, and the beef was well cooked. The boba I got was also delicious andwas some of my favorite I?ve had from a tea standpoint. But the boba itself was a little too chewy for me. My friends had thespring rolls and loved them. The pho was also above average. But the vermicelli noodles were underwhelming.
