Tried ordering a pizza online and was met with an error message when trying to place the order, but my credit card was charged... twice. Called the location to see what was going on and they said they didn?t have my order so they couldn?t do anything aboutit. When I asked if I could just place an order over the phone they said yeah if you call back in 10 minutes to do it? likewhat? Terrible terrible customer service and I may be out $32 with no pizza. I don't recommend coming here for the BYU50 deal. I ordered online at 3 pm for a pick-up at 5:30. I got here at 5:30 and waited... until 8:00, when they finally told me my pizza was being made. I finally got my one pizza at 8:30. This location isunderstaffed and under organized. I know I came on a busy night, but this is ridiculous. Normally my experience here is fine. But two days ago I ordered six pizzas for a dinner for 15 people at about 2:30 PM for pick... up at about 6:30 PM. This would give me a 30 minute buffer before my dinner at 7 PM. When I arrive shortly before 6:30 PM I wasinformed that they had 200 orders and there was a two hour delay. Knowing that that would not work for my deadline at 7 PM, Iwas forced to cancel my order and scramble for a fast food solution. I understand that sometimes companies are bogged down withorders, but the fact that no communication was made to inform me that my pizza was going to be delayed up until the last minutewhen I arrived, is unacceptable. I was in charge of ordering pizza for my club at BYU. I called the day before to order 15 pizzas. They confirmed that everything... was good to go for the delivery the next day. Long story short, they never delivered the order and 60 people went withoutpromised pizza. This is the 2nd time this has happened to my club. BYU clubs beware. Read more
