Answered the phone and then put me on hold immediately. Brandon, that is not okay nor is it cool. I cannot recommend them... because I don't like negligence. When the price for everything is rising, the LEAST a company can do is to answer the phone andto be polite. This is too bad. Read more
The quality of the pizzas has dropped significantly in the last few months and the ingredients are starting to taste off, like... they aren?t as fresh as they should be. We?ve been getting our pizzas from this East Bay location for 20 years, in fact it usedto be located where the vape joint is now by Taco Bell across from IFA when we moved here to Provo. It?s been fantastic up untila few months ago. Suddenly the quality dropped, the location started looking a bit dinging and the pizzas are tasting a bitdodgy. In fact, the pizza I got today, no one would eat it. The color of the pepperonis were weird and they tasted old. My kidswon?t eat any other pizza brand, it?s Papa Murphy?s or nothing, so that?s saying something that they wouldn?t eat the pizzatoday. I hope management gets themselves figured out, otherwise I?ll make the 20+ minute drive to the canyon road locationbecause I can?t buy a pizza from the east bay location until they resume making quality pizzas Read more
*Management: Of the many times I have been here on the weekend, I have never seen more than 2 staff members. They are working as... fast as can be expected and there is always a long wait and missed items because your employees are overwhelmed. Take care ofyour employees and they?ll take care of the customers and the customers will take care of you $$. Get smart and fix yourselves. Read more
