Big fan of the Dunkin brand but this location disappoints. The customer service is good but they never have any inventory? no... milk, no donuts, no breakfast sandwiches, no tots, no matcha? and the list goes on. It?s taken me years and close to a dozenvisits to finally decide this location is not worth the frustration. Read more
My daughter went an picked up donuts for the family and according to my daughter, the customer service was awful as the workers... were very rude!. Being 20 miles away, it is very disappointing to make the trip for Jelly and Bavarian Cream donuts, only to find every single... time, morning, noon, or night, the shelves are empty. Then to be told, "Sorry we're sold out" adds insult to injury. If you're abusiness owner and have a product that is in demand and sells out, wouldn't you tell your Baker to make double the quantity nexttime ? When the shelves start going bare, why isn't the manager telling the Baker to fill them back up ?
