I have been a long time customer and enjoyed the food. On September 29 I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-through on a phone... pre-order and ordered five entrées four of which were Teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately the chicken had to be thrown out it wasinedible, over cooked and tasted like shoe leather. I?ve tried to call back but the voicemail doesn?t appear to be working. Ispent over $104 for the food. I can no longer recommend and take the risk. Read more

not worth the price 2 entees and some wontons was over 40 dollars and portions were nothing out of the ordinary.. only slightly... good thing was the wontons, which were on the sweeter side without any sauce. we ordered the Hawaiian dish that had pineappleand some lo mein noodles both were flavorless and then come to find there was no pineapple in our Hawaiian just a note on thebox stating out of pineapple. siiick tha ks for the heads up or call back to change or correct that. I've eaten at different Chinese restaurants across this country and to me, this is the best place to go since I left the south.... The food is always fresh and still hot after I bring it home. The taste is exactly where the bar was set for me my first timeever trying Chinese food down south. I love their General Tso chicken, sesame chicken, and their sweet and sour chicken. It iscrispy and saucy the way it should be. Nothing is worse than soggy battered chicken drenched in a mediocre sauce and thankHeaven you won't get that at Kuan's. Their Mongolian beef is pretty special too. They do it all right. The price is very goodfor what you get because they don't skimp on their portion sizes at all. So if you're craving some delicious Chinese food pleasegive this place a try. It's so good. Read more
