I'd leave this place no stars if I could. My husband, father in law and I called and placed an order for pickup for my father in... law's birthday. They told us it would be ready at 4:55, about 40 minutes after we ordered it. We drove out there to pick it upand when we got there we were told it wasn't done yet that it would be a few. We waited 20 minutes and then when my husbandasked what was going on and how much longer it would be the hostess refused to answer and couldn't be bothered to take a minuteto go check. Then she told us the only thing that was ready was the calzone. We were still waiting for my father in laws lasagnaand my meatball sub sandwich. A lasagna would take a while so at this point we just cancelled the order and left. They weren'tbusy inside and didn't seem to care about their carry out order. Will not be giving this place any business and I strongly donot recommend them to anyone else. Read more

Not a very good value. I remember Old Chicago from back in the day...thought I'd give it a try. I bought an impossibly small... pizza for $16.00, including a $2 tip. Purchased it online and it was ready when I got there (but I gave myself a 15 minutecushion based on reviews). It tasted fine but so does a pizza from a franchise competitor that is a way better value(especially on Tuesdays). Even if I have to bake it myself. Read more

Wednesday night dinning experience Pros: - Fast seating for two even though it was packed Cons: -9 wing appetizer took 35 mins... to make it to us and could tell it had been sitting for awhile by dry sauce and loss of heat -my girlfriend?s pizza looked likeit was reheated as a last ditch effort to salvage the cook forgetting to add sausage to it -waiter checked on us ONLY once afterour food was finished Read more

We took our kids to eat to celebrate great achievements during their school year. Our youngest ordered a kids pepperoni pizza.... When it arrived, we expressed concern to our server, Zeke, that the pizza was burnt. The pepperoni was so overcooked it wasdried up and the crust was burnt as well. He took it back to the kitchen and told us it would be just a few minutes to make anew one. We were all almost finished with our meals when it arrived. We couldn't believe it....it was the same pizza weoriginally got with more pepperoni just thrown on top!! I was so angry. Once again we told Zeke, who returned it to the kitchenand we waited AGAIN. We were all finished by the time it arrived and had to take it home for her to eat. (She ate some of allour plates in the meantime) I should've asked Zeke to see the manager, I didn't. But it should also be said that I only caught aglimpse of her for a brief moment during our hour and a half debacle. We will never go there again. Colorado Springs has abetter one. I did snap a picture of the burnt pizza we received with the new toppings tossed over top. Read more
