Not even worth the 1 star it required me to put. Got home half the order wasn't there. Food was cold. Called and spoke with a... manager who clearly doesn't deserve the title as she over talked me, yelled at me and then hung up on me. Very disappointing. Corporate should intervene!!! 10 out of 10. Went through the drive-thru and, though they don't always carry all my favorites, they usually have one. Kung Pao Chicken is... usually my goto. Never really disappointed there either. And since Covid, they were one of the first to allow inside dining, soI'll keep going if I'm anywhere close to it! Y'all rock on ????!!! Read more
I went though drive thru,I order string bean chicken,chewmein and when got home to eat, i was very disappointed ,the string... beans were old,and soggy and the chicken didn't taste good. So I called and ask to talk to a manager the person that answer thephone said he was busy and could not come to the phone so I told her what was wrong with my food she said to call back becausethey were really busy.So I waited about 30 minutes and called back and was put on hold so I waited again for about 15 minutesand no answer so I hung up.So I called back again two hours later and finally got to talk to a manager I told him what happenhe said next time check your food before you leave the drive though " I told him shouldn't your -employee make sure the food is fresh before sevicing it to the costumer!" He said well were not perfect. And told me to come back and he would replace it,hewas not very profesional, and was rude,I will not go there again! I finally decided to try it and it was a no. The bowls we ordered had hardly any entree and all rice. Beef and broccoli was all... broccoli and like 4 pieces of beef and the scoop of orange chicken was sad. Rice tastes just like my mom used to make,flavorless. Take your business elsewhere. Read more
