Disappointed in carry out order today. Order was not correct. No sauce on half the order. Boneless wings overcooked, others... no taste at all. The fries were ok. Normally this location is good. Hopefully it gets back on track. Read more
I wish I could split this review up... the taste of the food was 5 stars. The customer service is 1 star. I ordered delivery and... was missing 2 wings, missing all 3 three beverages. The driver stated he said he has never forgot anything before and didn'tknow how to handle the situation, maybe I can get them next time or he could go back and get my drinks. I stated, "we stillwanted our drinks, so can you please get our drinks?" The driver said he would return in an hour. The driver never returned. Icalled the store number, someone answered twice and before I could state the issue, was hung up on. I called a 3rd time and wason hold for over an hour with the recording stating my call "would be answered in approximately minutes" the entire time. Neverreached anyone and never received my missing items. I ordered delivery because I am without a vehicle and a small child. Wanted to get my Five free wings with purchase after the CSUP game Saturday 9/10 SINCE WINGSTOP IS A SPONSOR around 9PM but... found out THEY WERE CLOSED after driving to the location. Online and store window says CLOSES 11PM, but I saw two employeesinside. I expected better from a Pack sponsor on game day. HORRIBLE!!! I use to love wingstop however their staff is absolutely horrendous! I placed my order for 30 wings at 6:30, at... 8:43pm I have finally received my order. 2 hours for 30 wings?! Not to mention they?re plain!! I order 3 different flavors andnothing, all plain chicken wings. When I finally went into the shop to see why my order was taking so long there was only 2employees working meanwhile 2 others were standing around doing nothing. The lady I spoke with gave me no reasoning to why myorder took so long, had a horrible attitude, never gave an apology and practically threw the bag at me.
