The young man making the sandwiches was rude. I waited for 10 minutes while 2 employees made an online order. I walked away to... get a drink when I came back I asked if he was ready, he preceeded to tell me he was getting ready to make my sandwich when Iwalked away. Poor customer service. And when does online orders take precedence over walk in customers? Needless to say I walkedout without a sandwhich and will nor go back. I stop there frequently because it is convenient but I'd rather drive a littlefurther than to be treated bad. Read more
This boy didn?t know how to do the job correctly. All sloppy and messed up order. It was a mobile order. I didn?t get one... sandwich and went back. I was literally watching him make that order but incorrectly. It?s the one with avocado I had to tellhim it needed avocado and he just wiped it on top of the Mayo. He also added veggies that weren?t suppose to bed added. He saidhe didn?t see the order on the receipt and I grabbed the receipt and showed him it. Every time I order online they don?t put the toppings I request but they add what we don?t request! Why is that?? Can you fix... the way they see the order or what is the problem. I?d rather go in and make sure it?s correct. Read more
