Long time WH customer i ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese plate hash browns sweet tea. So the toppings on the side. I get... it with sauteed onions On my chicken sandwich. I said sweety I have fried onions on my sandwich I didn't want that. She said youdidn't say you didn't want them? Like she knew she was wrong. I thought she would take it back and fix it instead I left with itlike that. I have never been treated that way. I grew up going to the one on Jones loop Rd. But where I live now I thoughtawesome theirs one closer. But No if you have her/him as a server it won't be nice, correct, understanding or doing the rightthing when she's gotten an order incorrect. That's her job she should have made it right instead of saying that I should havespecified that I didn't want sauteed onions?? I've never heard of that?? I had a wonderful server Mandy that was not only extra accommodating but also friendly and not appearing to hate every moment of... their life like most restaurant industry workers I've recently encountered. Food was great. The only thing I found odd is beyondthe steadily increasing prices is that every drink costs the same. 3$ for a refillable drink like coffee and 3$ as well;for milkor oj. The cook was top notch in my fiesta omlete! Best I've had at any waffle house and service was fast was in and out! A+
Ordered an all star, they didn?t give me utensils. Also they didn?t give me any syrup. How do you put the butter in the waffle... container but not the syrup aren?t they next to each other?
