Said wait to be seated, so we did. The workers paid no attention to us and then the next carry out comes in and gets attention.... Going somewhere that wants our business. Pizza Hut in Purcell, OK just close the doors you are horrible. Read more
I had to come and change my review because I just had a bad experience with this store. I know with today a lot of people don?t... eat in much. But today me and my 7 yr old stopped in there to eat lunch and to just sit and have a good lunch together some slowdown time because with him being autistic we are always busy doing something and we ordered two personal pan pizzas becauseneither one of us can eat a whole lot and I ordered extra pepperoni and when she brought us out our pizza, I asked her if thiswas extra pepperoni and she was rude in telling me yes it is and that we are not supposed to put but a few on there. Ok Iunderstand that but I asked for extra pepperoni and was very glad to pay extra for those slices. She just walked off and wenever have any issues with this place but today took the cake with me. 3 times now it has been the worst food and experience ever. Pizzas was burnt everytime and they gave us the wrong wing order the... 3rd time and never said sorry or anything. Took the wrong order and walked off,30 minutes later set my my correct order on thecounter and walked off again without saying a word. Read more
Worse everr. Ordered a pan pizza, got a thin dried up pizza. Ordered a personal pizza for our daughter. It was dropped on floor... by server. I had to go ask for a refill on a drink. I should have known it was going to be bad after waiting 40 minutes for ourorder. Read more
