Normally a 5 star place but today my tea was at least a day old.
Don't put people in jobs that cannot do them. Nobody could hear us so a they sent a carhop out. Literally made sure they got it... right in person, got our order and still got it wrong. We had to pay for the food that we already paid for so we will not begoing back. Read more
Sonic goes up and down on my stars I give them. Mainly do to employees .. I've noticed it TOTALLY matters here from what your... food is like, how fast you get it, if your orders right and more....all depends on who is on shift. My daughter works part-timehere, which her hours are kinda all over the place but she kills it (in a good way) on making sure everything runs smoothly.. ofcourse many of you ask say I'm shoeing favoritism but im really not that kind of mom, if my grown children ducked at their jobI'm pretty positive I would tell them so ... We live in OKC and often stop here going into Purcell for work and get the ultimate burritos. We can be a little difficult with... all of our extras and special requests.
