Good smoothies and good food. Typical of Tropical Smoothie.
A small metal ball came up the straw of my boyfriends smoothie while he was drinking it. We called and explained what had... happened and the girls response was ?well what do you want us to do about it? Very concerning considering what could havehappened if he were to choke or swallow it completely. It has scratches on it so my guess is it was in the blender while thesmoothie was being made. Should be able to enjoy our drinks without worrying about consuming a piece of metal. To add: one ofour containers was broken on the bottom. Read more
I ordered a meal to be picked up at this location on 12/17/2021. When it was finally time for me to take my lunch break I opened... the sandwich to find the most disgusting thing. I was absolutely shocked and disappointed that the staff still decided to wrapthis up and hand it off for someone to eat. The fact that they overlooked this shows that this location has no sanitary orsafety measures set in place. I was furious as I had this order picked up by a coworker and could not leave my workplace to goand re order. I reached out to what I thought was customer service and all it did was send my complaint to the owner whom was ofNO HELP! To this day I have not received the refund I requested and the owner claimed he did not know how to process it. I donot recommend this location unless you?d like hair in it. Read more
I have been going for for a a few years. The staff rocks. They are consistently friendly and QUICK! SUCH a great alternative to... greasy drive-thru "food". (COVID note: all staff wear masks!??) -My favorite and all three of my children's favorite smoothie- Island Green. I ordered a chicken flatbread on my 30 minute break off of my 12 hour shift. I go back to work feeling the sickest food has... every made me feel. As a waitress our job is already stressful enough but when you have 7 tables to check up on and have achicken sandwhich coming up your throat is def doesnt help u get stuff done!!!!
