What a shame. Not only did my 2 pizzas take 1.5 hours but they arrived burnt and missing toppings that I paid extra for. Don?t... bother wasting your time contacting the manager or this location?s owner, they do not care. $50.00 for 2 pizzas, you?re betteroff sticking with Pizza Hut! I called to order pizzas for a party, five hours in advance. I asked to have them delivered at a certain time, as we only had 30... minutes to eat at our venue. I verified the address three times. Fifteen minutes before our scheduled delivery time I had notreceived any word about the status of our order. I called the store and was told they were running behind because a managerwalked out on them, and they had one order in front of ours. (Despite the fact that I placed my order five hrs prior). They saidit would arrive in 30-45 minutes. Forty minutes later we still had not received any word, and called again. We were told theywere having oven issues but were currently working on our order. At this point, we had about 20 minutes before the party wasover. We told them we would not be paying $120 for pizza to arrive over 45 minutes late. The manager rudely told us they don?tgive their food away for free and that we would not receive a refund if we took the pizzas. The driver called a few minuteslater and said they were having trouble finding us. We verified the address and stood outside to help wave them down. About fiveminutes before the party ended the driver finally figured out where we were. Turns out they had driven past us several times. Werefused the pizzas and called to cancel the order. Our guest left hungry and we missed about 1/3 of our child?s party trying tofigure out where our food was. Domino?s has lost us as customers for sure. Read more
