If you know Wendy's you know what you will get here. It's a basic Wendy's pretty much like all other Wendy's. The staff was nice... and pleasant, our order was prepared quickly & correctly, and the facility was as clean as any other fast food establishment. Read more
Food was good and came out quickly and the dining room was clean. However there was a lot of shouting coming from the staff... behind the counter. I believe it was coming from the Manager. She yelled loudly at an employee on a break in the dining roomtelling them that she needed them back at work. Another time she yelled loudly at the entire crew to tell them they were doing agood job and keep it up. Very unprofessional and rather demeaning as the praise didn't sound genuine. She was also yellinginstructions, loudly, at the staff almost constantly. This person obviously had no managerial training and shouldn't be in thatposition. It lessened the dining experience. The restaurant was very busy when we were there. But the people working were friendly and gave us our food reasonably... quickly. The young man with special needs working the dining room did an outstanding job. The dining room was clean and hewas busy cleaning trays in between cleaning tables. Food was good served hot. I put an order through uber that was delivered in a timely manner I placed a direct order. Got our food most of the sandwiches... were cold my kids wouldnt even ear it. Some were not made correctly per what I ordered. Thank you to the manager at thislocation at 176 sunrise who made things right.
