My family and I had been wanting to try buffalo wild wings for a little while now so we decided to go on saturday for lunch. We... stopped in at 11:30, place was dead. We were the first people there for food. They were training someone at the front to seatus. Our waitress was Laura, she was really nice and helpful. First thing we noticed was how ridiculously expensive it was forwings. regardless of boneless or not. 6 boneless wings was priced at $10. bone in was priced at $13. I ordered the saucychicken sandwich, my wife ordered the cheeseburger and our 2 daughters ordered the chicken tenders. In the meantime a fatherand son came in and then a bigger family than ours. Both families received their food before we got ours. after about 30 minutesof waiting we finally received our food. Fries were cold and tasted funny. Chicken was absolutely the worst chicken I've evertasted for a "restaurant". The kids each took a bite and said they didn't like it. Mind you, my kids LOVE chicken. My wife tookone bite out of her cheeseburger and it almost completely fell apart and water poured out of the bottom of it. It was alsodrenched in mustard. No actual taste. We let our waitress know that we were disappointed in the food as we didn't even comeclose to eating half of it. She was very helpful and very kind. almost as if she has dealt with this 100 times before. sheimmediately got her manager. (Whoever the manager was didn't even bother to come over and talk to us). We were given $17 offour order. I still paid $40 for garbage food and absolute regret of ever stepping foot into a buffalo wild wings. I left ourwaitress Laura a $20 tip because of how nice she was. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone eating there. Truly a hugedisappointment. Read more

Very disappointed in Buffalo Wild Wings, Quakertown. I stopped in a few days ahead to plan a get together for our local kids... football team after a game. I was told they don't take reservations and was summarily dismissed. Now you would think theywould first, be a little more helpful and want to support a local team and future patrons. Second you would think they wouldwant to know about how many people would be coming so they would be adequately prepared. Could have given them a deposit and alarge order ahead. Third, these are obviously all people from the local area who could be return customers if experience isgood. They said we would have to just show up and take what's available. So the kids were looking forward to it and we went. Wewere able to piece together some tables so at least the kids could sit together. The parents had to sit scattered about insteadof somewhat together. As it was, the kids had a good time and we made it work. The wait staff was a little overwhelmed andfrustrated that we all showed up at once, though they were nice and we realized it was not their fault. Just that you wouldthink a local business would be a little more accommodating instead of so dismissive. Especially when you are trying to attractsports patrons. Read more

Ordered a BUFFALO chicken salad and it had one tiny piece of chicken on it and no buffalo sauce at all! I bring it in to ask 1.... Can I get buffalo sauce and 2. More chicken for a $14 salad. The bartender who is ALWAYS grumpy told me it is buffalo..um imsorry but no its not its just grilled chicken. She did ask someone to put more chicken on it which was nice but its just plainchicken. Not sure if the staff knows the difference!! I was pretty annoyed! Read more

This was the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had with takeout! My wife ordered 2 orders of mild boneless wings and fries.to... be delivered, the order came in a timely fashion. The mild wings were over the top spicy hot. Neither my wife or myself couldeat them. She called the restaurant to complain and the manager on duty was not congenial or try to rectify the problem and wastrying to blame the delivery service. I had to get involved get on the phone to get him to reimburse the order. Never againwill I visit, order or recommend this take out restaurant to anyone. I hate them and I?m still hungry!???????????????????????? Read more

Only two people in the whole restaurant for a late lunch and wow. A bar covered in dirty dishes. Paper drink menus are okay, but... you have to scan to see the food menu. To say that the bartender was slow would be a compliment. A gentleman came from thekitchen with two plates and asked where they were supposed to go. Did I mention that we were the only two people in the entirerestaurant? The corporate food selections were mediocre. Read more
