My wife loves Subway. I convinced her to try Jersey Mikes. 2 nights in a row we were there. The staff was great. My wife was... able to get her hoagie the way she wanted it and loved it. We go back the 3rd night (yes, my wife is obsessed with hoagies) onlyto have to deal with the rudest GM ever. All my wife wanted was her hoagie roll to be cut like a normal hoagie roll and not cutall the way through. The guy behind the counter said, he can't do that because it's against company policy. Seriously, youcouldn't just cut the roll the way she wanted it? He proceeded to tell us he is the GM and he wasn't going to cut the roll thatway. He was very rude about it. I am sure you don't care, but you just lost 2 customers, we will be going to Subway from now on.Guess the Jersey Mike's way is "You can't have it your way, It's our way or the Highway". Hey GM, you need some serious CustomerService training or at best maybe Anger Management counseling. Read more
My hoagie I ordered was lousy!!! It was soaked in oil and vinegar even though a I asked for very lite. It was the worst I ever... had. Servers seem to be stressed due to the amount of orders. Read more
