We were jerks that pulled up just as they were closing but they insisted it would be no trouble at all to whip us up a couple of... poutines. I hesitated to make them work past closing, but my stomach lamented, and I?m I ever glad I did! A bit out of the way,this hidden gem had crispy golden fries, the freshest, ample amounts of the squeakiest curds and a flavorful gravy that sealedthe deal.
