Must try when visiting Quebec City! One of the best meals. Everything was delicious. Bartender, Thomas, makes great drinks! I... ordered the heirloom tomatoes - it’s so fresh and loved the yogurt accompanying it, the pork chop was perfect - juicy andtender and finally the ice cream sandwich dessert - must try for chocolate lovers. Service was a bit slow but after eating atfew more places, I realized this is the pace here. Since I am here for vacation, the slower pace was fine and I enjoyed the mealvery much. If there's one place you need to eat in Quebec, this is the place! The restaurant was exquisite and we had a great service, huge... thanks to Melanie. She was very helpful and friendly, even going to providing some local gems for drinks Their fresh cheesewith herbs was so well done, tasty and refreshing. We also got the artic char with fish consume. I could drink that all thetime! The fish was perfectly cooked and great balance of sweet and sour with the kimchi And to end the meal, we got the earlgray ice cream sandwich which was a great ending. By far the best restaurant I’ve tried in Québec. I ordered tomato (salad?) for appetizer. The cured duck meat in it was so... tender that I can’t believe it’s duck breast. It tastes like premium Spanish ham! My main dish was pork chop. It was thebest pork chop I’ve tried. The meat was juicy and tender. It was cooked with mussels so the pork has some seafood umami whichreally elevated its flavor. The veggies that come with the pork chop were also very creamy and flavorful. I like their Gin basedcocktails as well. Apart from food, their staffs are very friendly. I was trying to practice my French with them and they werepatient and supportive.
