Absolutely terrible service , the manager has now yelled at us several times because we do not speak French, told us to leave... Quebec and we don?t belong here. I am disgusted with the level of bigotry from a Canadian. This McDonald?s needs new staff.Canadians accept people openly, not treat people like dirty animals. Get new employees. Read more
One of the worst locations ever been too. Rude to English speaking customer.
Unfortunately the last two times we went to get some food, both we didn't get what we actually ordered.
The service depends on which place one is going since they're generally understaffed in the region of Quebec City. Big respect... to the employees for working despite these conditions. The food is okay. No vegetarian or vegan options offered. A classic togo there if one needs to stop somewhere when driving long distances. The service is generally quick. Read more
