Their own servers get drunk on the job and the manager is useless. I hope these awful servers get fired and they get actual... professional staff. The potential of this restaurant is super high, but they sell themselves short with awful staff. Read more
So disappointed. Our first visits were great with awesome servers. Went with a group of colleagues and experienced the worst... server and service ever. He was rude, impatient and inattentive. He didn't take the time to fully listen to and take note of ourorders. Was nowhere to be seen and always frowned when we motioned him over. A group of friends and I went last night for food and drinks. It was my first time going and I'm sure it will be my last. This... is unfortunate because it is completely due to our poor service. Our waiter was entirely unfriendly towards us, to the point ofcoming across short and rude. We had to wave him down multiple times for things as he barely checked in on our table. We werereally disappointed. We were a group of 7 and as such, spent a lot of money. We deserved at least friendly service because I canassure you, we were friendly and polite.
