The Queen Creek ChopShop not only has fresh, delicious food but their service is exceptional! Since eating there last week, I... can't stop thinking about their wraps and coffee! 8/6/22- Ordered this from GrubHub, food was hot. But unfortunately it was wrong. If you offer options to exclude items please... train your staff to read the instructions. Unfortunately you added items that weren't supposed to be on there and I am allergicso the whole $16 bowl went to waste and you lost your money. Also ordered 2 of the exact same bowls and one had significantlymore food than the other, see picture below. Both are spicy Korean steak bowls just opened, not touched at all. I'm fine withpaying $16 for a bowl, plus fees and tip comes out to over $50 for 2 bowls. But this was just laughable and makes ChopShop lookbad, cheap and lazy. Quality control needs to be better. This was definitely the mistake of the restaurant not the deliveryplatform. I've ordered at least once a week from GrubHub for the past 3 years and I've honestly got to say that 90% of themistakes are on the restaurants. These delivery platforms get a bad rap but the restaurants just don't pay attention or theydon't care. Read more
