Very cool place to have dinner. The bar area looked fun, but we enjoyed a romantic dinner in the main seating area. Our waitress... was very attentive, nice and had good recommendations. Very nice restaurant right inside the Trilogy at Encanterra. You can feel so relaxed the minute you step inside. You can sit at... the bar or at the table. The food is delicious and the service is great. I went with my friend for lunch and the food did nottake very long till it arrived. This place is a real gem. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. The manager informed us that the menu changes... about every quarter. I can't wait to try the new menu! This is a MUST visit if you enjoy a wonderful atmosphere and deliciousfood. Only one thing I would change is adding a bit more prociutto to the seared scallops next time. We ordered the sunsetArizona drink which was one of THE BEST drinks I have EVER had. I hope to be able to copy it in large quantities at home. Wefollowed that with 2 appetizers of pretzels with beer cheese and the meatballs. Hands down, the flavors of the beer cheese andthe meatballs were high end. Our entrees were the seared scallops, obviously, and the house prime rib. The steak could use moreseasoning but that is just my opinion.
