I ordered a taquito with cheese and it has to be the grossest I've ever seen eggs. Looks like they didn't clean their grill all... day. Returned a week later, eggs were brown and greasy. Asked how often they clean their grill. The manager responded everyshift. I showed her the brown greasy eggs and she thought they looked fine. I asked for a refund but she aggressively demanded Ilet her remake them personally. So anytime I want taquitos I need to have the manager make them personally I guess? Seemsunreasonable. Will be the last time I visit whataburger. Linda remade my order and as you can see, in the last picture they'recooked perfectly!! I hope they can train their staff to use LESS oil when cooking the eggs. Update: this is my last time cominghere. The eggs are either covered in oil, burnt, old or poorly made. Never really impressed with the service at this location. I attribute this to the floor plan on the dining and kitchen areas in... relation to the registers. Food has been prepared at a rate of 75% in relation to consistency in my experiences. The first fewmonths after opening were the best as far as food quality.
