Got word on this food truck pop up in Queens. So had to dig in. Planted to try different protein but they only had beef. As you... can see I went all in. I am of Latin heritage so tacos are a big thing for me. These were tasty with a bit of spice. The lemonadded some citrus to add some dimension to the food. Now the whole birra thing is alright.
