I've been there twice, both for dinner pick-up. First time, great experience, no issues at all. My second visit which was two... nights ago was a nightmare. I ordered online and showed up 5 minutes after my declared pick-up time (in case it wasn't ready).Not only wasn't my order ready, it wasn't even prepared. I had to wait in line then was told some of what I wanted wasn'tavailable. The two female staffers (one with red braids and the other an African American with glasses) attending the front wereuseless and utterly bewildered. When my order was finally ready, it wasn't my order and I had to point that out to the staff.They assured me it was but I pointed out my order was one bowl and the order they tried to convince was mine was 2. So I had towait even longer for my food. Some of the ingredients I requested were not available and I knew pointing this out to the staffwould be moot so I didn't even bother. I've been a Chipotle fan for several years, and I was excited to see one open in this location. Sadly, this place is the worst... Chipotle I have ever seen. The wait time is long regardless of capacity, and the establishment is often dirty. I've ordered herevia pick up or delivery five times in 8 months, and each time the order was incorrect, or I received someone else's order. Ihighly suggest avoiding this location. Read more
The employees are nice but didn?t get enough meat on the taco. Food was okay. The drinks taste great.
So little portions Jeez. 12$ for a bowl not loaded and not prepared food. I walked in and they had lack of choices to eat. Never... coming back here. At other chipotle locations they fill it up to the brim sometimes past the brim and are always ready. Theyneed to close this place down, retrain all staff on time management. Read more
