- They serve bubble tea, and they give a paper straw but before you finish the tea, the straw gets soft, you have to throw it... out, the cover bursts. - Bad Employees. They need to learn how to speak proper English and they need to stop being rude anddisrespectful. - Long Line. I see long lines whenever I?m there and it?s like the employees don?t care about their business. -Too many flies and these flies are on the donuts which is a turn off. - Not all the employees wear gloves and some don?t wearmasks. - Started off well in the beginning at this location but started getting more sloppy and faulty with their work. Worst customer service. I honestly stood there waiting for my coffee. No one behind the counter preparing the drinks even asked ... what I was waiting for. They saw me standing there.
