So to the rude woman pictured that ordered her hot coffee with extra cream on 10/11 around 9:50?. Do yourselfand everyone else a favor and order on the app next time if you?re in such a rush. Worst customer service!! I've never seen such rude stuff in any other places. The stuff ( women) are just nasty!! Especially... the stuff names Lipika. She is nasty as hell. Those women stuff talk bad things about customers in their language in front ofus thinking we don't understand what they are saying. Dunkin needs to provide at least average customer service. That's whyStarbucks is billion times better. Not only their high quality food and drink. Their customer service is great at Starbucks. They are so well-trained. But Dunkin?? OMG! Air condition was so low it was hot out .I don't think it was nice
This particular Dunkin at 2514 Broadway is usually one of the better Dunkin Donuts in the area. Very spacious and well kept.... Staff is usually great and never had an issue. However today I didn't have the best experience. Just ordered a green iced teaand some hash browns. They were out of liquid sugar which is very strange because its supposed to be used for a majority oftheir iced drinks. In addition their hash browns were waaay over cooked. Maybe they have new staff they're training? Hopefullythey sort out these issues. Read more
