This place is a good place. It has delicious ice creams and ice cream cakes. It also has good food and drinks. One issue I had... was a man at the cashier. He had an attitude and acted way too sassy with me and customers. I saw him snap his fingers insomeones face and screaming, "Hello, hello!," to draw their attention. I recommend it. Read more
Cashier says good morning. Gives me receipt verifying what I've ordered. Coffee is made exactly how I ordered it. No sticker on... cup to verify contents of coffee, but after my experiences with most DDs in this area....I'll take it. 4 stars! Read more
I ordered a latte (mobile order). Got to the store, waited patiently. Employee puts a drink on the rack near pickup, says... nothing. Few minutes go by, a diffeeent employee comes to me and says what are you waiting for. I told her I placed a mobileorder. She says here it's been here. I told her that the guy didn't say anything when he put it there. It could have beenanyone's. Anyone could have just took it. Gotta work on that customer service. Read more
