This place needs better employees and a manager needs to be present at all times because the employees lack in skills and... perform poorly. The wait for food and drinks is forever long. It doesn't matter of you do walk in or if you ordered online aheadof time. It doesn't matter if there are 20 customers or 1, you will be waiting more than 10 minutes. Also, they screw up yourorders. One time i ordered a medium hot chocolate. After a 20 minute wait, i asked about my hot chocolate (they forget theorder and at times you have to request for you food). One of the employees laughed that she forgot my drink and made it. I wentback to work, took a sip and realized that they have me coffee. It was my fault that i didn't check my order but it is therefault for being incompetent. I'd been coming here on and off for the pass three years. I work nearby.
