Do yourself a favor and get your coffee from the McDonald's on 37/38th Street. The staff here are rude, entitled like this is a... family operation they can never get fired from, so they can get away with treating customers like garbage. I had a more honestand detailed review, took it down, but weeks later I just want to warn people to avoid wasting their $ and interacting withdisgruntled and entitled people spitefully making and handling you food and beverages. Plus the coffee is sour, like the puteffort into making sure it was brewed both weak but with a strong sour taste. I hope by this time next year this garbage shopis closed and out of business. Usually come to this Dunkin? Donuts place but as of today will stop if I could give it a zero star I would came in at 10:05pm... and couldn?t even get a ice coffee because employee claimed they cleaned their machine already unacceptable! Your open until10:30 pm! On top of that I ordered two dragon fruit strawberry ice tea refreshers 9one was for my daughter and I?m pretty surethey just dumped the mix in because it tasted way sweeter and gross then usual and I?ve always bought here I think they wererushing to close time but that?s unacceptable! I arrived to the store at 4:50pm and attempted to order a bagel twist and an iced caramel decaf latte with oat milk. I was... informed that they they not have any bagel twists so I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. About 5 minuteslater I am handed a PLAIN toasted bagel with butter, I informed the clerk that the bagel was wrong he checked the ticket andremade the order. After another 10 minutes I was told that they did not have any decaf espresso to make lattes and offered decafcoffee instead. They asked if I wanted the coffee hot I said no because I wanted a cold drink. They then gave me a plain decaficed coffee with none of the extra add ons I had paid for (whip cream, oat milk, caramel). All in all it took almost 40 minutesfor me to get a drink and a soothing to eat, neither of which I originally wanted. Additionally, I was not refunded thedifference in price between the latte and iced coffee. I have never seen so many incompetent people working together. Read more
