One of the worst Dunkin?s I ever been too. The workers are rude and don?t understand what your saying! As the guy was taking my... order he wasn?t paying attention and he kept turning around joking with his coworker. I had to keep repeating myself. At first Isaid I want a mix of munchkins and I asked if jelly was in the bag he said yes meanwhile it was just a bunch of old hardmunchkins. The coffee I ordered they got wrong! I said decaf like 20 times and he gave me regular. A good thing I checked thelabel because I will get sick if I have caffeine I?m highly allergic to it! They also only gave me one shot of mocha when itcomes with 3 and I said coconut which he didn?t add. So I said to the guy this isn?t the right coffee. He gives me another onewith no almond milk! I couldn?t turn back or else I would?ve. This place is a disaster plus the line is out the door always andthey are slow. They rush that?s why my order was all wrong! They messed up my whole order! Terrible customer service. Asked for a cup of water for my dog in addition to buying a shake. I was told that they do not give... out cups but if i bought a bottle of water, they would give one. After the purchase, the cashier refused to give a cup due to?store policy?. Read more
This is actually a Dunkin' Baskin Robbins, as opposed to just Dunkin'. The ice cream was good. I was struggling opening my BR... app for a coupon I needed to use and finally got it open and approached the POS. They accepted the QR coupon for a bananaroyale. The cashier did seem impatient.
