This is my go to McDonald's. I live between two McDonald's and this is differently the better one! The service is always great... at the drive thru and in person. The food is alway fresh and hot (but sweet tea needs to be sweeter:)) I LOVE the freestylecoke machine and hopefully in the future you can order drinks from this with the drive thru. Today I ran in, because I wantedthe freestyle coke machine and I ordered my food with such a nice staff member. I ordered 4 large drinks and he came to thecoke freestyle machine and asked if I needed a cup holder or if I needed help with anything. He went and got the cupholders andbegan to place my drinks in the holder, and told me to have a nice day. He was so kind that I asked him for his name. I had placed an order through the app so that I can pick it up through the drive-thru. The order went through and I was waiting... behind a long queue to get to the window. I get to the window and they hand me just one item from my order and tell me that'sall I ordered. I try to dispute this but they tell me there's a long line behind me and to just move along. I go inside therestaurant to find out what happened and they said the other items I ordered are no longer in stock. First McDonald's I've beento where I was told something was no longer in stock. I don't get why they would have accepted my online order if it wasn't evenavailable. Horrible experience. Read more
