Drive Through Clerk Rushing. Needed up a single order creating 2 orders. Idk why the McDonald's have such a problem with... rewards points and how they accumulate. I'm not even using a coupon and asking to use my code to earn points. After 4 times ofthem fixing "1" burger we decided to just cancel the sandwich and ask for a refund. Was simple, enter rewards, make the burgerhow requested 3 times prior. Lack of etiquette and need a total retraining for staff or complete new staff as younger employeeswere rude and stated, " I don't get paid for all this." Read more

went with the lady on a trip to ny...they didn't have the steak egg and cheese bagel like we do in philadelphia so that was a... funny experience trying to get them to understand...but they were very friendly and we ended up getting bacon egg and cheesebiscuits instead....very pleasant staff!!!
