Best Chinese BBQ Skewer in Flushing! The price is fairly cheap compared to the other places I’ve been to in Manhattan or... Brooklyn. I see a lot of people give bad reviews because they food was cold or it took too long. This is a BBQ Skewerrestaurant, you’re suppose to eat it fresh and NOT get it to go. It’s like ordering Ice cream for delivery and complainingthat it’s melted by the time it gets delivered. You’re suppose to eat it on the spot to get the full experience. I do haveto agree though that the service is nonexistent but that’s standard for those type of family runned restaurants. Wanted BBQ and found this near the house so we gave it a try but it was HORRIBLE!!! First of all, the customer service was not... good as the lady was literally yelling at us and acted like they don’t want to take our order. When we got our order, it wasdisgusting. The rice cake was hard and no flavor at all, super bland. The corn was burnt and when we called in to ask about it,they said that “it is suppose to be dark, charcoal burnt corn.” It was not edible and the rest of the food was nasty too.Would not recommend it to anyone… Read more
Ordered take out from this place and was expecting a good authentic Beijing bbq but this place let me down. Every thing bad very... bland and burnt. The rice cake have no flavor it’s like they literally just steam the rice cake on the grill. The beef wasvery tough and hard to chew and I had to spit it out afterwards. When I call in to complain the lady in the front was very rudeand handle the the situation very badly. Definitely would not recommend this place!!!!???????? Read more
We originally walked past this place and it smelled amazing. We were hungry for a late night meal so we turned around and walked... in knowing very little and without doing any research. The food was amazing, the service was quick and the prices were fair. Iam a big guy and can eat a lot so I was happy to leave full and ready for a nap :) A+ great job by a local family business!
