Terribly managed. We ordered a pizza and it came squished and flipped the first time. the employee came back with another pizza... and started yelling in the building at us and signaling us disrespectfully to ?use our brain.? We noticed the second pizza had adip in the cheese the shape of a finger and we didn?t eat it. we call back and we had to get in a full argument, the only timehe listened was when a man spoke to him, not women. He deliberately told us ?youre wasting our time.? the employee was sent backa third time to take it back and we want our refund. We have a camera and proof of the yelling and bad attitude. Read more
I don?t know why so many people have had such a bad experience according to all the reviews. My experience was fantastic! Today... I made an order and it was all great! No complaints whatsoever. My pizza and desserts were perfectly prepared. The deliveryarrived within 30 minutes even thought it was expected within an hour. The delivery personnel completed followed the deliverydirections and was very polite. He even thanked me when I thanked him for his services. Ordered online and did the ?cash on delivery? option, someone called to tell me to pay with card because DoorDash does not take... cash. That?s something you should make clear online. Anyways, I gave him my card number and done. This is how my ?garlic knots?arrived, not sure in which way these are garlic knots lol. Then to top it all off, they also didn?t send my soda.
