I ordered 2 pies the epic stuffed crust ones and I had driven back home after picking them up to find out they messed up my... order and when I called back they want to tell me I?m wrong and that I have to drive all the way back after parking and settlingwith children who are hungry and waiting for pizza. I love this Papa Johns, food is always fresh and tastes great but the drivers from this store always call you to go outside your... building and pickup your food no matter if they find a parking or not and they are so rude with no professionalism. You don?twant to get out your apartment after paying delivery fee plus tips. Last night the driver called me to go outside and pickupthe food telling he can?t find a parking, when I went outside I found the whole block was empty for parking and it?s a legalpark after 7:00 pm, and the time was 9:00 pm and he was standing his car right on a legal park. So they just lie and don?t wantto come to your door no matter what, and Papa Johns saying it?s a non contact delivery during this pandemic, I know it?s not thePapa Johns and it?s not the Papa Johns? level of service it?s the local franchise. I get 4-5 food deliveries every single weekstraight to my door during any time of the day, they never even call. Observing this matter for two years I called the storetoday and spoke to the manager, and he was giving me the same lies and defending the drivers. So it?s not only the drivers, it?sthe management itself unprofessional and gives privilege to drivers to abuse the service. What would you expect from them?? Onlyif corporate can do some. This place is a absolute joke, The moment you walk in you'll see a couple of guys bsing around. Some guys will be folding box... and some will have no clue what's going on. There's so much background noise that they have no idea when a customer walks in.When someone does come to the window you have to yell at the guy for them to hear you. I placed a order online and went there topick it up only to wait longer cause it wasn't ready. If you plan on doing delivery plan on paying a $5 delivery fee and atip. Place a order online for pickup be prepare to stand around because this place is poorly managed. I wouldn't even give thisplace a 1 star. I do not recommend this place. Go to your local pizzeria because they'll prepare your food faster and mostlikely cheaper. Read more
