Food was so good but service was horrible!!!!! Our server Jorge had such a nasty attitude. We asked to be moved because their... chairs are so incredibly uncomfortable and my husband has back problems so that wasn?t going to work for us. They first said nothey can?t move us to the booth because those were big tables but the restaurant was 60% empty. I told them we would move ifthey really needed the table, of course turns out they never did. They had many large tables still available at the end of ourmeal. But if someone is coming to a nice restaurant they should be accommodated especially if they have a health concern thatthey share with you! He didn?t come to check up on us one single time! We had to flag him down to tell him that my rice was sodry and to the point of being crunchy. I can confirm this was wrong because my husband and I got the same dish and his rice wasfresh and mine was old and dry as hell. This can be seen in the photo attached, our rice are literally two completely differentcolors. We asked him for new rice for my dish which he rolled his eyes to. He brought plain white rice out 10 minutes later whenI was basically done with my food. We had a horrible service experience. We have been to the Hell?s Kitchen location and theservice there is much much better! We never be back to this location. Not sure if we were being treated badly because we don?tlook like the average consumer at this restaurant or if our server just really dislikes his job. Two starts off for service.Other than the rice being dry, the food was really good, we will just not come to this location where for the same price as theManhattan location you get horrible service. Amazing drinks, the server was so patient and charismatic. The drinks are not placed on the Menu, I had to ask the server where... I can take a look at the drink menu, he stated it's an open bar and we could ask for any drinks and he would make sure we getthem. Very fast service, and the food was delicious. Read more
