I went 3 days in a roll and they cant ever get an EXTRA DRY (best known as Bone dried) cappuccino. what's wrong with them?... laziness, rush, incapable of doing it, or simply does not know how to do or improper training ?.... It is very very veryfrustrating because it costs $ 5.27 - this is not free. Seriously, if Starbucks charges that much, please make at least whatyou promise - an extra dry cappuccino. Train your people....you never see a manager in the store supervising this...Customerservice people!! Read more
