Okay so, the food in the Lake George area is certainly lacking. BUT, this place is a shining star. The staff was extremely kind,... the owner was very sweet, and of course the food was great. Actually the sushi was almost perfect. We also got wonton soup, verygood. My boyfriend got the orange creamsicle cocktail and was raving about how good it was. And he?s picky. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The prices may seem high, but you certainly get... what you pay for. The Hibachi chefs are skilled and entertaining. Zou also offers more traditional Japanese seating, which Ithought was a very nice touch. Read more

The food here is Consistently delicious ! The service is Superb! I feel likeFAMILY every single time I was through the door thanks to Ping, the owner. While there may be a slight language barrier, thiswoman is the most eager to please and hard working Individual. I have seen this restaurant packed and still received stellarservice. Whether I order hibachi, Thai inspired dishes or sushi I am NEVER disappointed. I am so picky and have extremely highstandards however, Ping and her staff Have NEVER let me down. Wonderful experience. Staff are friendly. The Habachi Chef was fun and entertaining. The food was delicious! My kids enjoyed the... sushi so much so ordered a second round. Appetizers were delicious as well. We ordered the drink bowl it tasted like a rumpunch. Highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

So disappointed. They have quite a few good reviews but I am not the only one who has had this complaint by the looks. I ordered... some sushi for takeout & spent $100. I got home and the rice is gross, they overload the rolls with soy sauce. I got a roll withjalapeños in it, roll was full of seeds. Cucumbers tasted disgusting. I threw away almost everything. I called back & I believeI spoke with the owner who couldn?t have cared less. She says they service so many customers who enjoy their food, maybe I justdon?t like their rice. All she can say is ?sorry?. What? Terrible service. No offer to make it right or anything. Absolute wasteof money. I never write bad reviews but I?m appalled at the level of service.
