Longest wait I?ve ever experienced. Had 6 people in front of me. Waited an hour and a half for mozzarella sticks that look like... mush, a burger, and chicken strips. Cooks were taking their sweet time and the food is bland. Lost my business and I?m sureeveryone else?s who were waiting for over an hour. Read more

Delicious food! This place did NOT disappoint. The food and the ambience were both delightful. Plus, the fact that 75% of their... menu items are handmade... LOVE IT! I had the BEST chicken tenders I've ever eaten. Seriously, hand breaded and better than anyI've ever had at any other restaurant. My husband loved his burger too. Read more

We came to the Polka Dot after a recommendation from a friend, and boy are we glad we did! The prices are very affordable, and... the food was creative and delicious. From the unique fried potato salad to the hand breaded mozzarella sticks, we were blownaway by the quality of the food we ate. The chef let us know they make the majority of their stuff in house, including thedressings. We loved it so much we came back the same night for another milkshake and late night bites! Our favorites were themozzarella sticks, the beets and bleu salad, the veggie burger, and the cherry milkshake. It?s an order at the window spot, ourfood came out quickly and there are lovely little tables to sit at outside next to the creek in the shade. Next time we?re inQuincy we will certainly be coming back! I?m so glad they were able to reopen and breathe some life into this classic place! Read more

Haven?t had a great experience last few times we?ve eaten here which makes me sad because at first these guys were great, either... the staff they have now doesn?t care or they are getting Burnt out or i dont know but something needs to change... My last twomilkshakes had the Reese?s topping I ordered in large chunks at the bottom, not even mixed in and the food was pretty sloppy.Today however was the worst experience yet, burger was pretty undercooked, there was a CRAZY amount of veggies/toppings on theburger and it was very sloppily put together, I?m talking like a massive HANDFUL of pickles , way to much tomato, a massivehandful of onions, and a massive handful of lettuce. I?ve always felt like they went a bit over board on their veggie toppingsbut it?s not a big deal to pull a couple pickles off a few onions and some lettuce so it was never worth complaining to me, butthis time however was kinda ridiculous, it almost felt like a joke like no one in there right mind puts a burger together likethat felt.. there was a ridiculous amount of toppings like whomever put the burger together just grabbed massive handfuls ofthings And slapped it on there it was pretty embarrassing.... Good food, but it takes a really long time for them to cook stuff. Soda and ice cream come out quick though. Best to order... online and pickup when ready so you can wait at home or whatever. Outdoor seating area is like a little park. Very cool. If theyfix the cooking bottleneck, I'd give 5 stars. Read more
