Ordered online at 10:15 am being the Super Bowl figured being busy with deliveries hopefully have order by estimated time... 3:30pm. Left house to pick up said order get there guy said be 10 minutes. Ok fine, 10 minutes it was more like 20 minutes notbusy . Last time I picked up pizza order it was fast and quick at timely manner. Today it wasn't employees acted like theydidn't care by appearance looked like they were stoned, other was on phone than working, plus rude. At one time I give praisesof store location and employees did their job well done thinking of their customers. Now I don't know what to think from 4 starsto a half star. Read more

I wish 0 stars was an option. They were rude and unreasonable. I used a gift card for the first time and the pump had an error.... It gave my 6¢ worth of gas but took everything off my card. After going in, they said there was nothing I could do. Never goingthere again. Especially after we found multiple long black hairs in our pizza. We called and they said they would bring usanother and never did. Read more

I have always been very pleased with any food I order from Casey's however this time I was VERY unsatisfied...I ordered a family... Taco pizza and potato cheesy bites.....The pizza appeared to be thrown in the box and the lettuce was put on in FULL SIZE LEAFPIECES just in the middle of the pizza....there was maybe ten little pieces of tomato on the whole pizza in one place....Thepotato bites were not cooked all the way and were mushy....Who ever prepared this order slopped it in the box....I still willorder from Casey's however you need to check on who prepared this night because I am sure I won't be the only customer with abad report.........
