This family-owned small business... never fails to impress with fresh, delicious food served in generous portions by an incredible staff. Unbelievably poor customer service. For the LAST time I've called and placed an order, waited their suggested 20 minutes (or... sometimes considerably more!), then when arriving to pickup my order I'm told "oh, we're out of that". Never a call back to letme know without wasting my time waiting for the order to be prepared. Never an apology of any type. Never any attempt to make itright. This has happened repeatedly - probably 5 or 6 times now. The food _IS_ good, that's why I kept giving them "another"chance. I like to try to support the local guy, but enough is enough. Read more
