This “all you can eat hot pot” restaurant is not worth going to. They advertise themselves as all you can eat, but charge... additional fees for getting any broth. For example, my friend got Mala broth, which is $7, and I got the chicken broth, whichwas $11. The restaurant will charge you for what you don’t eat without any warning or signs anywhere. The food my friend andI didn’t finish cost $10. They’ll use any excuse to charge you extra. The meal will cost you more than $30 per person. The restaurant charged for broth for all you can eat hot pot which is very weird, seemed very cheap with the portions of... appetizers, sauces and overall materials like napkins, which we had to ask for several times. The crab rangoon was only 2pieces. Overall, it is not worth coming here if you want to get charged extra for broth and not finishing your food. They alsolimit you to only get 5 items a person. Not worth the price, would choose other hot pot places over this one. The workers alsoseemed annoyed when you asked for something or had questions about the menu. This place is outstanding!!! I love mala pot sooo much. But every time when i order need to confirm with staff if you want more... spicy. Otherwise it’s just normal. My fiancé and I came there last night to order 3 milk teas and a spicy popcorn chicken. I’ve came here multiple times (20+).... After coming here the second time recently, I’ve noticed that the flavor of milk teas have been less flavorful. However, thepopcorn chicken is still wonderful. It always comes out fresh.
