We absolutely LOVED our experience here. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive and took the time to understand food... allergies before making food recommendations. The drinks were incredible and reasonably priced for specialty drinks in a small,local place. On to the food—portions were larger than most places of this variety. The menu describes dishes well and what itcan’t capture, staff makes sure to be able to. I wasn’t sure if I wanted pork—oh my gosh, I couldn’t have been happier.And as for my husband, the macaroni dish he had was not only somehow gourmet but delicious enough to eat for days on end (andlarge enough for more than one meal). We’ve just now moved out of Racine and truthfully, I didn’t like living theremuch—but I would go back for dinner here again. Read more
FANTASTIC FOOD. Seriously, the mac n cheese was soooo good. However, as is the norm right now, service is lacking. All the food... was delivered cold, excluding the appetizer that was delivered piping hot after our main course was delivered because it waslikely made on the fly once the server realized he forgot it. The buns are soft and fresh. The fries are hot. And the salads are fresh. When we are in the mood for a cheeseburger…. Butcher & Barrel is who we call.
