Got 12 piece of Hot Wings. So small and so high priced! Large fry box was only half full. Service on Douglas is terrible.
They told me not to ask questions about the menu and then literally threw my food in the bag.
Well we wanted to give them another try after a year... placed an order online... picked it up, got home and it was wrong!!!... Unbelievable!!! Again, STAY AWAY! CANT EVEN GET AN ORDER RIGHT!!! This place is ridiculous!!! Was in line at 7:45 tonight. Getup to the speaker at 7:55 and they said we are closed. But online and on their door it says they are open till 9!! The worst manager ever works here...they screwed up my order threw their mistakes in the bag and threw it out the window towards... me...they gave me such an attitude because they messed up my order...3 times 3 times it took them to get it right..only for theside to be half scoops of Mac n cheese and half order of fries tossed in a bag!!! The manager is the one that did all this..theworker at the window was nice but I could hear the manager in the background. Not my first really bad experience here recentlybut definitely my last..I will never go back to this KFC!!
