15 minutes stuck in the drive thru with no cars moving. I thought maybe there was only one person working for it to be going... that slow. But after watching the 2 cars in front of me both be handed the wrong food and drinks I finally make it to the windowto see total chaos going on inside. I was handed the wrong order as well. Samantha, the employee at the window was great,pleasant, but clearly frustrated with being handed the wrong orders herself by one of the many coworkers.
