Their food is good, service is strong. My only complaint, their kitchen closes early! Then they don't let you order delivery... from local pizza places and such. Either serve food or allow us to order from someone who does! Read more

My father visits this hotel every Christmas (slightly reluctantly) from down south, to spend time with myself and his... grandchildren. The night he got into town, they were out of his favorite beer! (This is serious/not very....but kind of) Weended up trying their replacement suggestion and continued to enjoy our night and even though he accepted that, he may findanother hotel for his last night in town the next evening. (no hard feelings) Low and behold the next day they stop us at thelobby and inform us that the cooler is completely stocked of his favorite! They remembered who he was by face and it really mademy day! (I want him completely happy while in Racine) Also made him happy and comfortable to just stay close to were us localslive (5 mins away) and we appreciated it more than we should have!
