They just cannot get this right. Been there twice in one week. First time I was overcharged. Waited 10 min for the manager to... come to the front for a refund. When he got there, he totally ignored me and went to talk to some girls about a party. Fivemin later he returned to the back. Sales associate had to go get him a second time. Five more min later he comes back to thefront. Took me 3 go-rounds for him to understand I was charged for a large soup instead of a small. By this time my food wascold. Tonight my husband went to the drive up for an $11 specialty chicken salad and came home with a bowl of sorry old lookingwilted lettuce with some croutons on it and nothing else. they moved locations and hire people who can?t even read colors let alone do the basics of their job. it says in big letters the... name of the order and color of the car. black and red are very different. we waited for 20 minutes and the girl gives our foodto the car waiting behind us???? then offers me a cookie??? So I've only had Panera a couple of times and absolutely LOVE their Mexican chowder soup and the cookies. I've ordered at least... delivery two or three times through them and I believe this time will be the last time until they get better qualitycontrol. The first time I ordered, I received everything but the tortilla strips were super stale. The second time I ordereddelivery, everything was brought but the four packs of cookies, which I called and requested a refund for because I get it, itgets busy and people forget things. Today, I ordered almost the same order as I did on August 1st, and once again the cookiesare not in the bag and neither were the utensils I requested. It's kind of aggravating because why am I paying $30 - $40 foryou to keep forgetting things or at least reach out and let someone know that you don't have that item so I have a choice of arefund or a coupon. :( Read more
We checked out this new location for breakfast when an early morning storm knocked out power in our nearby village. It's a... little more sparsely decorated and less intimate than the small-town Panera locations I'm accustomed to, but spacious, fresh,clean, with plenty of seating: good for higher visitor volumes; and the food is every bit as good as at the cozier locations. Wegot the family pack of breakfast wraps, two of each kind: even the non-devotees of the family - new to Panera - were impressed.That and a "box" of coffee kept us going till power was restored. Lastly, I don't often use voice commands to Google Maps, evenwhen I travel, but when I do, it is often to ask for "Panera near me", and fortunately there usually is one. Read more

Updated Review - 11/23/22: I am going to have to lower my number from 5 stars to 3 stars this time... for many reasons. First,... the cookies and chips were smashed underneath the sandwiches... I mean smashed! The chips were in a little ball... And theGlove Cookies (see pic) were cracked... And fell apart when I picked them up. Then the sandwich... OMG! I ordered a ToastedSteak and White Cheddar sandwich. It might as well have been what they called in the Blues Brother's movie... A "wishsandwich"... I "wish" it had some meat inside if it. There was maybe one piece of meat... some pickled red onions... andhorseradish sauce.. on Artisan Ciabatta bread. It was dry as a bone. I couldn't even finish it. The good news is... TheToasted Fontega Chicken Sandwich was good... And the Cheedar and Broccoli soup was delicious! That is the only reason I amgiving it 3 stars. They need to learn to stack their to go bags...
